Sugar Baby Billie again

Guess who? Well if it isn't sweet little Sugar baby Billie again in her nursery. It looks like she has a new hairdo too. Could this be from another time?

Story: A year after experiencing that strange side effect that left him uttering baby phrases, crawling on all fours, wearing diapers, drinking from a bottle, playing with dolls and looking and dressing like a girl, Bill Kaulitz thought about how much he missed his much younger in mind and heart double.
"I know I have no way to change back into her." he thought as he proceeded with singing "World Behind My Wall" to over 20,000+ screaming fans in Germany
He had been mulling this around all week but when he finally came home and the tour had ended. He decided he needed a good cry. He locked the door and let his emotions pour out. Then something unusual happened, that same weird feeling he got the year before, it came back. Bill then blacked out.
When Bill woke up, Tom, Georg and Gustav were standing there.
"AAAAAAAAGGHH!!" Bill screamed then looked around puzzled "Don't scawe me like that, boys!"
"Billie?" the three confused bandmates asked
"Ja!" Billie replied
Tom then turned to Georg and Gustav and said "This looks like it could last a while. I guess we'll have to turn Bill's room into a nursery for Billie until she somehow changes back into Bill."
"But what are we going to do about the rest of the tour, Tom? Billie's just a baby she can't go out there.' Gustav said
"True. That's why we're going to postpone it." Tom said
"But won't that make the fans angry?" Georg asked
"Right now, we need to focus on Billie." Tom said as he picked a whining Billie up and began to search the drawers for signs of a binkie.
